Pyaz ka Paratha | Onion Paratha | प्याज का पराठा | Punjabi Pyaz Parantha | Indian Flatbread Prep Time: 20 - 25 mins Recipe for 6-7 parathas. Cuisine: Indian Ingredients: Wheat flour - 3 cups Finely Chopped Onion - 2-3 medium Finely Chopped Green chilies - 3 -4 small Red Chilli Powder - ½ tsp or To taste Mint Leaves (Chopped) : Few Salt (नमक) - To taste Carrom Seeds - 1/2 tsp Oil for frying - 5 to 6 tbsp Water -For kneading dough Method: 1.Take wheat flour in bowl. Add Water and knead atta to cook paratha. 2.Keep kneaded atta aside for 15 mins so that atta becomes soft. 3.For Stuffing, Take a Bowl and add chopped onions , chopped green chili , red chili powder, mint leaves , salt and carrom seeds 5. Mix all the added ingredients properly. Your paratha stuffing is ready. 6.For Paratha, break lump from dough. Make dough ball, press with hands, coat with dry flour. 7.Roll it round 3 to 4 inch in diameter. 8.Add Stuffing and spread evenly 9.Cover and slightly press to bind 10.Roll again to make paratha 11.Put paratha on hot tawa or pan for cooking. Cook on medium to high flow as needed. 12. Flip and roast well until golden brown spots appear. 13.Pour a little oil on paratha. Grease evenly. Flip, pour oil and grease other side as well. 14.Keep flame medium. Flip and roast the paratha until golden brown spots appear. 15. Paratha is ready.
