In this video, I show you how to do a knife hand strike while in a horse stance. Make sure you make a stable stance by imagining you're riding a horse and trying not to fall off. This will help build strength and stability into your legs and hips. As you're throwing the knife hand strike, the movement will help to mobilize the whole spine - your low back, thoracic/ mid-back, your neck and also your shoulder joints. You can perform this movement slow or fast. But in the end, just enjoy the movement and feel like a badass!
