A Quiet Place Day One (2024): A Missed Opportunity

After watching the 2024 movie "A Quiet Place: Part One", I'm a bit confused why the movie got so many great reviews from fans and critics. Too me this was a missed opportunity, and we really didn’t get the answers we needed surrounding the creatures and their background. My most vexing question is, how did the creatures defeat the military? More on that in a bit. Before diving into the storyline more, which was the wrong path to go, I want to point out there were many good things with this film. The acting was really good along with the cinematography and sound as well the visual effects.
