Mario Kart Wii Weird Lap Glitch

This was part of a recording that I didn't choose to upload. However, something interesting happened when I did a lap. Pay attention to the lap number. Okay, so technically it's not really a glitch since I am using codes to modify the game. But, I don't have any code or hack to modify the number of laps and this has never happened before in my past experiences. I still do not know what cause the game to skip an entire lap, but it did.
