Coast Guard hoists stranded beachgoer into helicopter at Hug Point

A U.S. Coast Guard helicopter crew hoisted a stranded man to safety on April 10, 2017, at Hug Point south of Cannon Beach. The man had become stranded by high tide, according to the Coast Guard.
