Mexican Casserole: Quick, Easy, Delicious (Mexican style!)

PLEASE add 2/3 cups of milk.! When we edited the video it was accidentally cut Ingredients -2 Boxes of Jiffy Cornbread Mix 2 eggs -1 can of cream corn -1 can of Rotel -1 can of black beans (drain and rinse them) -1 pound of beef 1 taco seasoning packet (follow directions for 1lb of beef) 2/3 c milk cheese of your choice. - I like Sharp white cheddar Directions Preheat oven to 350 Grease a 13x9 pan Evenly spread both boxes of Jiffy cornbread mix on the bottom of the pan Lay the meat over the top of the cornbread mix evenly pour cream corn lengthwise on one side of the pan pour can of rotel on other side pour black beans in the middde add two eggs stir the whole pan break the yolks of the eggs as you mix the ingredients in the pan sprinkle with as much or as little cheese Bake for 45 minutes Serve with sour cream or guacamole Recipe courtesy of Jennifer Amicis
