For this Throwback Thursday, we take a look back at the not so distant past, where young climate activist, Brienna Fruen, brilliantly enlightens the audience at COP26 Glasgow (2021) about the resilience of the Pacific youth and their war cry. "We are not just victims to this crisis. We have been resilient beacons of home. Pacific youth have rallied behind the cry, 'We are not drowning. We are fighting!'" The Pacific Island Forum Secretariat's '27 days to COP27' series is an information and awareness raising campaign supporting the Pacific OneCROPplus voice and momentum for Pacific priorities at the global climate negotiations.
