In this video I’ll be showcasing an old mod for GTA 4 that brings the beautiful sunny vibrant city of Vice City into the GTA 4 Universe, this mods brings back all the things that made Vice City so great, including the vehicles, pedestrians and Tommy Vercetti himself. ONE THING THAT I MUST SAY, playing Vice City in GTA 4 is a lot more entertaining than playing it in GTA 5.
