NYSC DIRECTOR GENERAL URGES CORPS MEMBERS TO ACCEPT POSTINGS IN GOOD FAITH.

The Director General, National Youth Service Corps, Brigadier General Yushau Dogara Ahmed has implored Corps Members to accept postings to the different communities and various places of primary assignments in good faith and quickly settle down to the task of nation building and development in their respective places of primary Assignment. General Ahmed stated this today at the Closing Ceremony of the 2024 Batch 'B' Stream II Orientation Course at the Magaji Dan Yamusa NYSC Permanent Orientation Camp in Keffi, Nasarawa State. He said their impactful contributions to the development of their host communities would perpetuate the continued relevance of the Scheme. While assuring the Corps Members that his administration places high premium on their security and welfare, the Director General charged the Corps Members to do their own part in safeguarding themselves by adhering to basic security measures. The NYSC boss added that all Corps Members are expected to offer selfless services as patriotic citizens and models to the teaming youths of Nigeria during the service year. General Ahmed tasked them to approach their service with humility and a spirit of selflessness.
