This week I'll show you a quick head massage. First place closed fingertips in the center line of your head and press as you exhale. Move up and press again. Do this on three locations. Come back to the front and press the center again. This time move your fingers to the side and press. Move to the side again and press. Repeat as you move up the center line. As you press these points you may feel weird sensations sometimes. That must mean you are hitting the right acupressure points. Lastly, place your palms to on the sides of the head and squeeze as you breathe several times. That's it. Hope this helps to wake up your head. Happy Massaging!
