Take 1½ cups of dosa or idli batter in a mixing bowl. 2. Now add 1 finely chopped onion, 1 finely chopped green chilli, 1 tbsp of finely chopped ginger, 1 tbsp of finely chopped curry leaves, 2 tbsp of finely chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp of black pepper powder, 1 tbsp of maida /all purpose flour, 2 tbsp of rice flour and a little salt. 3. Mix well 4. Batter should be in this consistency 5. Heat oil in a thick bottomed kadai / pan over medium flame. 6. When the oil is hot take small portions of the batter and drop in hot oil 7. Turn it over and fry till both the sides turn golden brown 8. It is ready now. 9. Take it out and spread it on tissue paper 10. This will go well with white coconut chutney 11.
