Fizz E & Hourglass Bug - Patch 6.22

Patch 6.22 - Recorded on 11/13/2016 apologizes for somewhat potato quality, still new to OBS Bug with Zhonya's Hourglass on Fizz during his E. Zhonya's was used while the Fizz was mid E and the Redemption's active damage still went through.
