Phoenix man charged with attempted sexual assault of 13-year-old girl

19-year-old Herman Fuentes has been charged with one count of attempted sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl. Witnesses stated that the victim got drunk with Fuentes before the alleged attempted sexual assault. The witnesses had to kick open a door where they found the victim passed out on the floor and Fuentes hiding in a corner with his pants off. His bail has been set at $100,000.
