Woodturning Project #7 - Bowl survival

Wood Turning Bradford Pear Bowl Shocked Me! This relaxing and peaceful woodturning took a quick turn in the wrong direction (off the lathe). Many lessons were learned from this incident and that's what life is all about. I started this channel to track my woodturning progress, so I'll share my highs and lows! Lessons Learned: Make the recess much deeper for a solid grip by the chuck Don't push with too much force, let the sharp tool do the work Use the correct tool, since I don't have a drill tool yet, I should've used a bowl gouge Don't rush. Once it started wobbling, I should have stopped immediately **These woodturning videos are for entertainment only and NOT a how-to or educational video. Please operate all equipment in a safe manner at all times. Do not sabotage yourself!** The woodturning Lathe I use is a Laguna Revo 12/16 and the woodturning tools are various collected along the way.
