Good morning, Mark. The United Nations security council convened an emergency meeting in New York, as Ukraine said Russian combat troops have crossed its border and launched a "full-scale invasion". UNSC members expressed outrage at Moscow. US ambassador Samantha Power accused Russia of "manipulating and outright lying" on its plans with Ukraine. Russia′s diplomat suggested Washington should stop interfering in the affairs of Ukraine, without denying the presence of Russian "volunteers" in Ukraine.// Earlier, Kiev′s Defense and Security council had said a border town on the Azov Sea... and other parts of southeast Ukraine... had fallen to Russian forces... opening up a new war front.
