Cummins blows transmission while drag racing!!

I was running an Edge Performance CTS2 tuner set on race mode. 3. I suck at staging with a turbocharged engine. 4. This was March 2018 5. Do it for Dale. This night I wanted to be a typical diesel douche and act like my Cummins was a race truck. Learnt that lesson really quick. Started staging and built about 20psi and then over staged. Backed up and spooled it again. By the time the tree lit, I only had about 3-4psi. Launched and right before the 60', I felt the tranny jump gears so I let off, went for it again and then it jumped straight into 3rd lock up and then 4th lockup. Dug into it later on and found 2nd gear was shot. Needed a new converter plus just a whole rebuild. Moral of the story.. NO MORE RACING!! *DISCLAIMER: Edge performance had nothing to do with my trans breaking despite what people's opinions are. Stock 48re transmission rated at like 400whp versus a tuner that adds over 180hp + hella torque. Play stupid games, and I won a very expensive prize.*
