We got one of their signature bowls: Kiwami Karaka Ramen with extra chashu and veg. Creamy tonkotsu soup accented with garlic and chili oil, spicy miso ground meat, and tempura crumbs - a match made in heaven! And in true Japanese style, we doubled up on the carbs with a rice bowl!
