I used the save editor in ME2 to bring Tali into the game at the begin and get them closer. I have used the save editor ME3 to give Jenn the option to romance Tali. Unfortunately since this wasn't meant to actually happen most of Jenn's lines aren't voiced but I have the subtitles on. I am concentrating on the story and interaction of Mass Effect. Which means you will not see much of the combat and running around. In this run I am being Paragade (paragon with a good helping of renegade).
