Today, we’re starting something a little different. I picked up a freebie lawn tractor, and instead of just fixing it, we’re going full "Tractor Roadster" with it. What’s in the build: The Power: Kohler Pro 624cc V-Twin (20 years young). The Guts: Roper 633A transaxle with a 5x4.5 lug pattern (perfect for Jeep wheels!). The Plan: Stretching the front end 12 inches and the back end 8 inches to get that long, low "race truck" stance. In this episode, we’re tearing it down, finding out why the front axle is crooked (spoiler: it might have been dropped off a truck), and dealing with the usual garage chaos—including some "red oil" spilled and a broken bolt that required the old weld-a-nut trick.
