DC Universe Online: Watcher Duels like Yugi

dueling a lower level dude, i creamed him in a few hits, it was no biggie just for sport, so i decide to duel him again and just block and let him win while blocking ( curious on my pvp defense) but when the watcher sees whats happening, he stops watching and decides he aint having that shit.
