It’s safe to say that these 5 meals will “work” in having you reach your fat loss goals so they are 5 meals you need to eat to get to 10% body fat at the minimum Correct, we’ve had 1800, 2000 & 2100 calorie fat loss diet plans & full days of eating on a cut well these are different in that it’s not a full day of eating but the actual fat loss recipes that I would include daily in my high protein, high volume diet to help stay full and shred fat ultimately getting me to 5% body fat so again, it’s safe to say that they are 5 meals you need to eat to get to 10% body fat at the minimum. Correct, these 5 meals you need to eat to get to 10% body fat at the minimum are what I used to eat back when i was chubby & had tried what seemed like every fad diet under the sun from the paleo diet, ketogenic diet, intermittent fasting diet. I became educated about iifym flexible dieting & took it on myself to track calories & create my own fat loss shredding diet. These 5 meals were staples in my fat loss diet because they were so low calorie, high volume and high protein that they kept me full and made fat loss & getting to 5% body fat easy. These high protein recipes would keep me full in what was essentially a full day of eating with a big deficit yet still made it seem quite easy to lose fat & maintain 5% body fat so for the 3rd time now, if you want your diet and fat loss to be easy, they are 5 meals you NEED to eat to get to 10% body fat at the minimum Don’t get me wrong, the healthy fat loss recipes are not “magic” recipes for a full day of cutting to get shredded but the way they are so low calorie, high volume & high protein meant that together, when eaten in a full day of eating alongside each other, they made fat loss & getting to 5% body fat easy.
