Cowboy casserole (we didn't really care for this) 1 lb. ground beef taco seasoning onion (optional) 1 can rotel ,undrained i can corn, drained 1 can ranch style beans, undrained 2 boxes jiffy cornbread 1 cup cheese brown beef and add seasoning and cans mix cornbread according to package directions mix cornbread mixture with beef mixture add cheese and mix well bake in greased casserole and 350 for 25-30 minutes Quick taco bake: (better version in our opinion) 1 lb. ground beef onion taco seasoning 15 oz. tomato sauce 1 can corn, drained 2 cups shredded cheddar 2 cups bisquick mix 1 cup milk 2 eggs brown beef and onion add taco seasoning ,tomato sauce, and corn to beef mixture pour into greased casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese stir remaining ingredients and pour over beef bake at 350 for 35 minutes Thank you so much for being here!
