Come and join us at Unit 27 Phuket for a one-off strength and conditioning class here on Fitness street (Soi Taied) in Phuket. We'll give you insight to what you should expect if you ever decide to train at Unit 27, and what the ice bath experience is all about. The vlog starts with Robyn and the group being given demonstration on each technique, before the class starts and she sweats her face off! In this video, I'm nowhere to be seen as I focus on filming Robyn's Unit 27 experience! But it looked hardcore! Robyn is a Pilates professional and has never really done any CrossFit-style training before... but she absolutely loved this class!
