HEROES IN LIFE, NOT DEATH: 23rd annual Ontario Police Memorial

The 23rd annual Ontario Police Memorial at Queen's Park honours fallen police members who served their services throughout Ontario. Two officers from 2020 were remembered - Niagara Const. Joan VanBreda and OPP Const. Marc Hovingh and a third from 2021 Toronto Const. Jeffrey Northrup.
