I quickly understood that something had to change if I wanted to stay sane during quarantine. I created rituals and routines to help me sleep better, be more productive when working from home and also limiting my time on social media in order to protect my mental health. Although I was feeling like I was out of shape and lacking motivation I still picked myself up and went out to do my workouts. If you're feeling down and not motivated to take care of yourself, I hope this video brings you a bit of inspiration to regain control of your life. In the end, you will have to find the power and will within you to fall in love with life again. And trust me, you will!
