If you remember that Water Ring you just picked up outside of the Forgotten City, equip it on someone and every last attack from Jenova will heal them, meaning put a weight on the circle button and make yourself a sandwich. She'll cast Aqualung in case you missed it or want to get it on any of your new Enemy Skill Materia.
