The easiest and most common fix for a Windows Taskbar that repeatedly disappears is to restart the Windows Explorer process, as this process is responsible for managing the Taskbar, Start Menu, and desktop icons, and often crashes or becomes unresponsive. To do this, press Ctrl + Shift + Esc simultaneously to open the Task Manager, then look for Windows Explorer (or explorer.exe) under the Processes tab, right-click on it, and select Restart to instantly reload the entire Windows shell interface and bring the Taskbar back into view. If this fix does not last, you should then check your settings by pressing Windows key + I to open Settings, navigating to Personalization $\rightarrow$ Taskbar $\rightarrow$ Taskbar behaviors, and ensuring that the toggle for Automatically hide the taskbar is switched Off.
