These three mudras can help you calm, meditate, and bring joy My friend and osteopath Dr Chris Laseter demonstrates them #1) Thumbnail to tip of third finger - for calming and releasing tension. This is a great one to start with #2) Thumb to outer edge of index fingernail - to help ground your thoughts = instant meditation!!! #3) Thumb to base of fourth finger then hold with fingers like a loose fist - this helps make it easier to smile and brings more joy Dr. Laseter also adds his own Mediative Exercise to them, combining the wisdom of the internal martial arts and osteopathy.
