Great NHL Plays - Forever (HD)

Forever, a single released in 2009 by up and coming rapper Drake was supposed to be about the destiny of all hip hop artists to rise and fall in this genre. Drake being the new rapper in the music scene getting used to the big time, Kanye being sick of the consequences that come with fame, Lil Wayne enjoying the fame and never wanting to leave, and then Eminem, the fallen star who had once inspired us all to never give up now five years removed from his last successful album. Although it was initially supposed to be about how all rappers will one day be forgotten, it became known for Eminem twisting his fate in the final verse and schooling the three best rappers in the game. Eminem chooses a beat faster than any of the previous rappers and kills it with poetic rhymes of double meanings and personal statements. Nine months later Eminem would release his new album "Recovery" which announced to the entire music industry that Eminem was back. I made this video splitting four different types of plays into the four different artists. I specifically made Kanye and Lil Wayne's part slow and a little dull because it matches the cadence of their verses. And then I made Eminem's verse fast and awesome with quick cuts and well placed clips. I hope you enjoy.
