The Time That Remains (2009)

Direct by Palestinian director Elia Suleiman. A satirical semi-autobiographical film that moves through three different parts of both Suleiman's life and of Palestine's encounter with Zionism: in the early-70s after Abdul-Nasser's death, in the mid-80s leading up to the first intifada, and the mid-2000s post-2nd intifada. Also includes a prologue depicting the 1948 Nakba.
