At least 25 dead, 5 missing as super typhoon slams Philippines

Typhoon Mangkhut is making its way to south China's Guangdong Province after wreaking havoc in the Philippines where it made landfall on Saturday. At least 25 people have been confirmed dead and five others are unaccounted for. Mangkhut destroyed houses, toppled trees, cut the power supply and triggered dozens of landslides. Nearly five million in the Philippines have been affected. Authorities have said the number of casualties could increase in the coming days.
