DB Cargo's regular loco movement between the Channel Tunnel and Crewe International Electric depot delivering and returning Class 92 electric locomotives for regular scheduled maintenance and returning fit and healthy Dysons for HS1. This is undertaken due to line restrictions preventing the Class 92s returning to Crewe themselves so they are retrieved by diesel locomotives usually but not exclusively Class 67s which tow them to the electric network for which Wembley sidings is the point they can reconfigure the movement, then often being brought north in some cases by a Class 90, as of May 2021, DB90s 034 (DB Blue) and 037 (Christine) have been used for this work. Today includes in this movement the YIWU Class 92 which was liveried up by DB Cargo as part of the big unveil to showcase a new trade route utilising railfreight from Yiwu, China to East London, UK some four years ago, seen here on Five News - • The train that's made the 7,400-mile journ...
