MY CRAZIEST “LAYOUT” | OUTRUN by BrainETR (me)

Made for a layout contest hosted by ItsBilly, Billzer, and TheRealBillly! This was the first time I participated in something like this, so I decided to go all in. It was honestly very fun and refreshing to build in a layout style, as I could more or less ignore my least favorite part of building, which is making block designs, and instead focus on just the effects and pulses. My main goal was to make this level as intense as possible, and I think I achieved my goal, the drop is prolly one of the most intense parts in any of my levels.
