Hello everyone 💕 This 30 minute booty and thigh workout will leave you feeling strong and energised! We work on lifting and rounding the booty in our tabletop series, tone the legs and thighs in our standing, and finish with elongating the leg muscles and toning the thighs in our side lying series! This class is more on the intense side, so modify and take breaks to suit you. If you fancy an extra booty burn grab your ankle weights but don’t worry if you don’t have any - this workout is challenging with or without!
