How to make Chicken kofta curry and Rice Preparation Time 40 mins Cook Time 1 hour 30 mins Total Time 2 hour Yield 8 people Ingredients Kofta balls: 1 kg chicken keema, Salt 1/2 tspn Mixed masala 1 tspn (turmeric, chilli,corriander,cumin,paprika mixed) Ginger and garlic paste 1 tbspn Black pepper 1/2 tspn For curry sauce : 1 and 1/2 large onion 2 tomato 2 green chilli Corriander leaves Ginger and garlic paste 1 tbspn Mixed masala 2 tspn Garam masala 1 tspn Rice: 1 tbspn oil 3 pinch of salt 100 gm Green sliced beans 100 gm peas Water 2 cup oil Directions Mixed keema with salt,mixed masala,ginger and garlic paste,black pepper. Mix well then make round balls. Heat oil in a pan and fry all of them Kofta balls. Once it cooked remove from pan. The next step is to make the kofta curry gravy In mixing bowl, add onion,tomatoes, green chilli, coriander leaves, ginger and garlic paste,salt,mixed masala,garam masala. place it in your mixer and blend until smooth. Heat oil in a pot and add all masala paste then add 1 tspn paprika, 1 tspn mixed masala, 2 tspn spice paste. Saute for 15to 20 mins. Add water if necessary. Stir well and add the chicken kofta balls and simmer the gravy until the chicken kofta is cooked well Ensure cover the pan and simmer the chicken kofta curry for 8 mins. Once done, You can add water to adjust the consistency of the Chicken Kofta Curry. Check the salt and spices of the Chicken Kofta Curry and adjust according to your taste Turn of the heat stir in the coriander leaves and serve hot Rice preparation; wash 400gm rice then put into a pot.. Add green beans, peas,salt and hot water. Cover and bring water to a boil ,when water will absorb 80% lower heat and covered for 10 mins or until rice tender and water is fully absorbed.
