Cyclone Gulab About to Hit Karachi || Karachi Weather Update || Friday, 1 October 2021

A heavy rainfall is expected in Karachi and different areas of sind from September 28 to October 2. Pakistan Meteorological Department has predicted heavy rain and thunderstorm in Karachi and other areas of Sindh under a low-pressure system from cyclone "Gulab" that is expected to regain intensity in the Northeast Arabian Sea. A strong rain system has reached Karachi. There's a higher chance of Karachi facing a thunderstorm from 30th September. According to Sources, the Rose Thunderstorm will hit coastal areas of Sindh and Balochistan. There infrastructure of Karachi is fragile and this coming rain will put a dent on infrastructure, electric poles and other buildings. Urban Flooding is also expected at higher scale this week.
