Michelangelo stalling should be patched in Nickelodeon All Star Brawl

Sorry for the low quality, but this really should not be in the game. I’m playing the competitive play game mode and this Michelangelo player stalls out the game by doing the down special jump cancel bs. There is no counter play to this and if I’m at a higher percent, I lose the game. He does not take damage off screen and nothing can be done. Please fix this soon, this should not be happening.
