After You've Gone - Joscho Stephan solo transcription
Transcription of the week - After You've Gone (Turner Layton) gypsy style. I've always wanted to learn gypsy swing, but never really took the time to study it. Joscho Stephan is a true master and virtuoso of this style so I tried my best to play his unbelieveable solo on this classic tune. I don't have a gypsy guitar so I used my old Ibanez jazz box. I also don't have the gypsy technique down just yet, but it was very fun and challenging so I'll definitely be working more on this style in the future.
