HISTORIC: Visuals of LCA Navy and MiG29K jets making first landings/takeoff on INS Vikrant

In a historical milestone for Indian Navy, LCA Navy, MiG 29K made their maiden landing on INS Vikrant on Feb 06. It demonstrated India’s capability to design, develop, construct & operate Indigenous Aircraft Carrier. Earlier in 2020, the naval version of LCA Tejas made its first aircraft carrier landing on INS Vikramaditya. The Navy is ready to develop a twin-engine carrier-based fighter to field in the 2030. With two more powerful engines, GE F-414, the TED-BF will be a bigger and more heavily armed fighter.
