Week 8 Bengals vs Browns Starting in season 4, we will be making rules dealing with our roster. we can only have 7 players 90 overall and higher on the roster. if a player starts the preseason below 90 overall but then becomes a 90 overall or better player he can remain on the team. we can only make 3 trades from the start of the off-season to the trade deadline (week 6) we can only resign 6 players the rest will be released only target or sign 2 free agents during the free agent signing window, but can fill roster needs after the FA window has past.
