Spicy Masala Ghee Rice Ingredients Basmati Rice - 1 cup Potato - 2 medium size Carrot - 1 big size Tomato - 2 medium size Green chilli - 6 Ginger - 1 inch Ground nuts - 2 tbsp Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/8 tsp Cashu nuts - 8 Red chilli powder - 1Tsp Salt - 1Tsp Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp Dry coriander leaves powder - 1tsp Kasuri Methi Powder - 1Tsp Ghee - 3 Tbsp Water - 2 cups Mint leaves - few Spicy Masala Ghee Rice is made with easyly available spices at home. This masala rice is specially for who loves spicy food. This recipe is perfect for lunch box as well. In this we added some Vegetables and looking so colorful . We can add more veggies of our choice.
