ABOUT THE 1980 Z28 CAMARO vehicle itself as a project car: The ENGINE IS SOLID 350 chevy 8 small block engine, looks to be original, fires up IMMEDIATELY, no blue smoke, no knocking, no ticking, no chugging whatsoever, body was recently painted to match the STOCK rims, body looks good. The interior FRONT is pretty decent, but obvious fading going on there. The back interior is rough, was vandalized and some panels torn off in the back, PANELS AND OTHER PARTS ARE IN THE TRUNK. Needs one door glass driver's side. When we checked the trunk there was obvious floor rust so this, of course, indicates that there probably will need some sheet metal fixes here and there. AS A PARTED CAR (this will be a SHAME) as a project car, there is very little to be done, HOWEVER, it needs to go... SO... as stated above the car will start to be parted 7 days after this auction began. Those needing parts are encouraged to send us their list of what they need, no matter if it is before the first 7 days, that way we can expedite what gets parted first if it comes to that.
