Brussels Airport has reopened,... twelve days after a terror attack that destroyed part of the airport's departure hall. Three flights out of the country were scheduled for Sunday -- heading to Portugal, Italy and Greece. For now, the facility is operating at about 20 percent capacity, but it aims to be fully operational by July, followed by a full re-opening afterward. Passengers will have to use a temporary check-in facility... and will undergo strict new security controls. Belgium's main gateway has been shut since March 22nd, when suicide bombings at the airport and a metro station in Brussels left 32 people dead.
