The scarf in this video is 17 inches wide by 70 inches long. Step 1: Take your scarf and grab one end, holding it vertical. Fold your scarf in half so that the sides are even. Step 2: Now that your scarf is folded in half turn it so that it is horizontal. Use one hand to grab the tassels on the side near the tag, and the other to grab the scarf on the opposite side near the fold. Step 3: Bring both your hands together, bringing the tassel side to touch the fabric near the fold. Step 4: Use the two tassels to make a tie around the fabric side. Create a loop with the tassels and loop it around the fabric. Step 5: Tighten the loop into a knot so that the fabric is looped in between the two tassels. Pull the knot tight. Step 6: Grab each side of the tassels with each hand and open it up to see your vest! Step 7: Step into the vest by putting the vest behind your back and putting an arm through each hole.
