Weekend rain on its way to Northeast Ohio

We've got some rain on the way. We are gradually warming up across Northeast Ohio, with temperatures eventually hitting near 80 degrees next week. There's a quick bump in the forecast this weekend with a quick system bringing some light rain showers. This will pause the warming trend briefly. WEEKEND FORECAST Saturday: Clouds increase with rain by evening (60% chance), near 60 Sunday: Leftover showers (30% chance), mid 50s RAIN TIMELINE Showers will most likely not arrive until roughly 5-6 PM on Saturday. Once they start, we'll have them scattered across Northeast Ohio through the night and into Sunday morning. A lingering pop-up shower will be possible in the afternoon.
