Impeach Obama - Just wondering one big question, do you think Barack Obama should be impeached for his crimes against the United States of America? Of course liberals are going to say, what crimes, to which I would say, apparently you haven't been paying attention. But secondly I would say, here you go, here are 5 unassailable charges that should definitely get Obama impeached: 1) For Illegally Changing Obamacare: It's very simple, Barack Obama doesn't have the authority to change the law. Only Congress can do that as stipulated by the Constitution. 2) Engaging In An Illegal War In Libya: While Obama is the Commander-in-Chief and a lousy one at that, the Constitution gives Congress, and Congress ONLY, the ability to declare war. End of story! 3) Lying To Sell Obamacare To The American People: This is the biggest lie in the history of the American presidency. There is no lie more egregious or bald faced than this one. Obama said you could keep your doctor and said there would be savings of $2,500 for the average family he was deliberately and purposefully misleading the American people. 4) Violating Immigration Law And Illegally Implementing The DREAM ACT: Simply put, Barack Obama has ceased to enforce most immigration law. Congress did not pass the DREAM act and Obama has no authority whatsoever to implement it and enforce it. Congress MUST stop him! 5) Releasing 5 Taliban Terrorists In Exchange For Deserter Bowe Bergdahl: Barack Obama is required by law to alert Congress 30 days before he released terrorists from Gitmo. Not only did he fail to do so in the Bergdhal case, but he released five high level terrorists who he knew were likely to help kill Americans in the future.
