Where have these tacos been all my life? Seriously. I've seen these everywhere and it took me until now to roll up my sleeves and give them a shot. F*ck am I glad I did. Because these tacos were unbelievable. The melted cheese and tender beef packed in a crispy tortilla sounds unbeatable in itself. BUT then dipping that beautiful package in a flavorful consomé was nothing shy of mind blowing. I cannot wait to make these again.
