Jerito Group (Self Help Group at Kenya Care) present a poem on Living with HIV/Aids

Kenya Care is supporting mothers and fathers who live with HIV/AIDS. They teach them how to deal with the disease, how to fight the stigma and how to build up your life again, socially and economically. The Jerito group started the Kenya Care Programme in 2017 and will graduate in 2021. Grace is a member of this group and she wrote this poem to tell the world about the work of Kenya Care.
