First Autumn Session of Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe

The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe started its first Autumn session in Strasbourg. The Ukrainian delegation boycotted the session, after Russia was reinstated in June. Meanwhile, Ukrainian film director and former political prisoner Oleh Sentsov is taking part in a PACE discussion dedicated to human rights. He has already met with French President Emmanuel Macron.
