It’s fresh, crunchy, protein-rich, and loaded with flavors — perfect for lunch, dinner, or meal prep. 🥗Ingredients 🌱 Sprouts-1 cup sprouted moth dal (dew beans / Turkish gram, lightly steamed) 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped 1 med size tomato finely chopped ½ cucumber, diced 1 Avocado ½ med size beetroot, finely chopped 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped Dressing 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1 fresh lemon juice 1 tbsp honey (adjust to taste) salt (to taste) ¼ tsp black pepper ½ tsp roasted cumin powder ¼ tsp paprika ¼ tsp mango powder (amchur) Add sprouts and chopped vegetables to a large bowl Sprinkle all dry spices evenly Add lemon juice and honey Drizzle olive oil last Toss gently until everything is well coated Taste and adjust salt or lemon if needed Enjoy !!
